Primary channel: Email is preferred for communication (hello@sulimanilawfirm.com). Calls are by appointment only; unscheduled calls may go to voicemail.
Texting: Text is limited to scheduling or logistical updates only (no legal advice via text). By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive transactional messages related to your booking. Message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
Response times: Business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET. Messages received after hours are addressed the next business day.
Scope of services: The firm primarily handles business, intellectual property, and immigration matters. Please describe your issue briefly so we can confirm it’s within scope before scheduling.
Confidentiality notice: Do not share sensitive or privileged information until an engagement agreement is signed. Any information submitted prior to engagement may not be treated as confidential.
No attorney-client relationship until engagement: Contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after a written engagement agreement is signed and any required retainer is paid.
