Scope of Engagement (Settlement‑Only). By retaining Sulimani Law Firm for: (1) review of the complaint, and allegedly infringing listing(s); (2) assessment of exposure and settlement posture; (3) communications with plaintiff’s counsel; (4) negotiation of settlement terms; and (5) review of a proposed settlement agreement and guidance regarding execution and post‑settlement platform release requests.
Express Exclusions. This engagement does not include court appearances, drafting pleadings, discovery, counterclaims, merits defense, business or tax advice, or drafting replacement agreements. If litigation services are later requested, a separate written engagement is required.
Client Status. Representation begins only after successful payment, conflict check, and written confirmation of acceptance. If a conflict is identified, the payment will be promptly refunded and no attorney‑client relationship will be formed.
